Science Village Scandinavia will sell construction rights in the district as and when zoning plans become final and the area’s needs become clearer. This means that, under normal circumstances, Science Village Scandinavia AB will not be responsible for leasing out individual buildings in the future.
In building I, “Space” however, Science Village Scandinavia AB will be developing “Materials Space”. Materials Space will be an office cluster for academics and businesses working in the field of materials research. A Materials Business Center will also be linked to their offices. They are working to create a global centre for new products and business opportunities.
In buildings I and II, Wihlborgs will be developing offices and labs. If you are interested in leasing premises here, please contact Maria Ivarsson, Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
On Building Site V, Skanska is developing The Loop – a Science and Business Center aiming to establish a meeting place for academia and business. The building will eventually house offices, conference space and an auditorium with seating for 800 people. If you are interested in leasing premises here, please contact Hans Fransson, Skanska.
Materials Space – an office cluster for academics and businesses working in the field of materials research. Materials Space will offer a wide range of workplaces based on systems ranging from pre-paid discount cards for individual hours to separate rooms for one or more people. The target group is universities and large companies who want workplaces for part of their workforce, or smaller companies who wish to base their business in the Science Village district.
