Science Village Scandinavia will sell construction rights in the district as and when zoning plans become final and the area’s needs become clearer. This means that, under normal circumstances, Science Village Scandinavia AB will not be responsible for leasing out individual buildings in the future.
In building I, “Space” however, Science Village Scandinavia AB will be developing “Materials Space”. Materials Space will be an office cluster for academics and businesses working in the field of materials research. A Materials Business Center will also be linked to their offices. They are working to create a global centre for new products and business opportunities.
In buildings I and II, Wihlborgs will be developing a restaurant, accommodation for guest researchers, a supermarket, offices, laboratories and centre operations. If you are interested in leasing premises here, please contact Ulrika Hallengren, Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
